120 hours – Practitioner Certificate

To those attending the Full Program for a second time and completing 120 hours of training.
I strongly encourage you to repeat the course one more time.
During the course, you are exposed to A LOT of information.
It’s nearly impossible to assimilate the entire body of information in 60 hours.
It’s important to practice at home on your own with no teacher around, to make the information as to the lines and points locations and the specific feeling of each point, a first-hand knowledge.
After playing with the lines and points at home on your own for a while, it’s time to repeat the course to “fill-up” the holes in your understanding.
After your second course, you will feel like a “real” Thai medical massage Practitioner.

180 hours – Instructor Certificate

To those attending the full program for a 3rd-time and completing 180 hours of training.
In your 3rd time, you can assume the role of an assistant teacher.
You will also be requested to pass the Instructor exams.
In your Instructor exam, you should be able to:

  • explain the diagnosis and the treatment steps of all 60 treatment routines.
  • You should be able to locate the points of all 60 routines correctly.

Those who practiced at home between the courses and attending the course 3 times can easily pass this exam in 1-2 hours.

30 hours - Yoga Massage for Pregnancy Certificate

Thai Yoga Prenatal massage, 5 days, 30 hours.
Training content: Safety of treatment and special consideration in the treatment of prenatal and postnatal clients. How to use Thai General massage techniques to treat pregnant and post partum clients, how to treat the 25 most common pregnancy, labor and postpartum complaints.

* Graduates are often ready right from the end of the first workshop to use Thai acupressure to treat the orthopedic disorders of colleagues, friends and family members. It’s advisable to “play” with line and point locations and pressure techniques for a few weeks after the course, before treating paying clients. The course contains a lot of information and makes an introduction only to the treatment routines. One needs some practice to assimilate the information, to practice until one is familiar with the specific “feeling” of each point. It’s also OK to give paying clients a special “Beginner Price”. This way you are allowed to play, try, and make errors. Some people repeat the training a 2nd and even a 3rd time to allow assimilation of the entire body of information.
